The great Hollywood empire that governed American culture for more than half a century lies in dust. The tyrannical Tinsel Town moguls are dead or deposed, the back lots have been converted to real estate developments, or lie fallow, the ranks are diminished and in disarray. However, out of the ruins of the "city of dreams" a NEW FILM INDUSTRY has arisen.
The studios have become financing and distribution arms for a proliferating army of independent film makers. These new producers and directors, accounting for three out of every four American movies made today, no longer need the facilities of ANY Big Studio.
Instead, backed by new mobile technology, they shoot "on location" in practical and inexpensive surroundings, such as Vancouver, British Columbia, Taos, New Mexico, New York, Texas, New Jersey and New Orleans.
Texas is now the third largest film producing areas in the United States, surpassed only by Los Angeles and New York. The Texas film operation is located in a highly favorable climate for the production and distribution of motion pictures.
We are dedicated to the production and distribution of fully professional, quality low-budget motion pictures for theatrical release and residual on a continuous basis. Pictures that turn profits for the investors will maintain continued production in Texas.
Everyone is aware that to create an ace production, the melding of creative writing, sparkling talent, skillful direction and advanced technical expertise are the keys to pleasing and satisfying an audience. However, the key to PROFIT is DISTRIBUTION, that is, to make the product available to the largest possible segment of the public.
